Description
The history of the “Gypsy Girl” of Zeugma mosaic is long, and ultimately, triumphant. Its storied past dates back to its creation nearly 2,000 years ago, followed by its looting to the United States in the 1960s, and eventual return to Turkey in 2018. This mosaic reproduction pays tribute to the original artwork and all that it symbolizes for the people of modern-day Gaziantep, once the ancient city of Zeugma, where the mosaic was found. Display this piece in a treasured space where its meaning and beauty can be appreciated and shared with others.

Installation
- Unroll your mosaic piece and remove the plastic covering.
- Place mosaic on its front and remove nylon backing.
- Scrub excess nylon and plastic from the back of the mosaic.
- Flip the mosaic and clean the front. Check for missing tiles.
- If necessary, cut appropriately sized replacement tiles, they're included in the package.
- Using a notched trowel, prep your surface with tile adhesive.
- Install the mosaic directly as you would install any other tile.
- Finish with grout if needed and seal for a finished appearance.
